A  fashion production company specializing in ready-to-wear, bespoke, and couture outfits, Is recruiting for skilled experience, and committed unisex tailors.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality outfits with excellent finishing and fitting.
• Handle a wide range of styles including couture, bespoke dresses, corset two-pieces, shirts, trousers, jumpsuits, gowns, and structured designs.
• Accurately interpret sketches, patterns, and samples.
• Meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Carry out necessary adjustments and corrections when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and sewing equipment.
• Work collaboratively with Operations and Quality Control teams.
• Observe punctuality, discipline, and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years active tailoring experience.
• Ability to cut and sew independently without supervision.
• Strong versatility across multiple styles (pattern drafting is an advantage).
• Prior factory or production-house experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to work fast while maintaining neat and detailed finishing.

Transport Fare Refund Policy

• Applicants who attend the interview and are successfully hired will receive a refund of their transport fare within their first week of work, or it may be added to the first salary. A promissory note will be issued for transparency.
