You will be responsible for :

• Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the lounge.
• Ensuring that a five-star service is delivered to Passengers.
• Managing the catering and cleaning services provided, liaising  supervisors and other section managers.
• Completing monthly reports and providing regular updates in co-ordination with the Account Manager

Role Responsibility

• Leading, motivating, developing and directing the team to maximize efficiency in customer service.
• Creating an environment where constant improvement is actively encouraged and recognized.
• Ensuring all staff are trained to deliver a customer focused service.
• Completing monthly Stock takes.
• Overseeing the ordering of all food and consumables.
• Ensuring all health/Safety and Food safety legislation is adhered to.
• Completing Staff Rostas.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Requirements and skills:

• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.

• Build relationships with key employees among customers
• Create plans to address clients’ business needs
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
• Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
• Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
• A customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work well with a team
