    Litigation Lawyer

    Summary

    • We are seeking a skilled Litigation Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years post-call experience in active litigation. 
    • We’re looking for a candidate (male or female) who is confident in the courtroom, diligent in legal research, and professional in client interactions.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years post-call active litigation experience
    • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
    • Ability to manage case files independently from start to finish
    • Must reside within Ikeja, Anthony, Surulere, Ketu, or Akowonjo axis

    Compensation

    • 5 years' experience: N150,000 – N200,000 monthly
    • 10+ years' experience: N250,000 upwards

    Senior Project Manager (EPC Projects)

    Job Summary

    • The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects. 
    • The role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, maintaining client satisfaction, and enforcing quality, safety, and financial targets. 
    • The Senior Project Manager ensures alignment with the company’s strategic goals, while delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.

    Key Responsibilities
    Project Planning & Initiation:

    • Lead project scope development and define deliverables, milestones, and schedules.
    • Coordinate project kickoff meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project execution plans (PEPs), risk registers, and resource plans.

    Project Execution & Control:

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of project teams across engineering, procurement, and construction functions.
    • Monitor project progress using KPIs and ensure corrective actions are taken to address delays or risks.
    • Coordinate with internal departments (QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, etc.) to ensure full compliance and integration.
    • Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure project deliverables align with specifications.

    Financial Oversight:

    • Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts.
    • Ensure financial performance aligns with project expectations, including cash flow and profitability.
    • Approve expenditures and validate contractor or vendor payments.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, regulators, and community stakeholders.
    • Ensure timely submission of project reports and documentation to all stakeholders.

    Team Leadership & Development:

    • Provide technical and managerial leadership to project engineers, coordinators, and field staff.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
    • Conduct project debriefs, lessons-learned reviews, and mentor junior staff.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • % of projects delivered on time and within budget
    • Client satisfaction rating per project
    • % adherence to safety and QA/QC standards
    • Number of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) per project
    • Cost variance and schedule performance index (SPI/CPI)
    • Team productivity and retention within project execution

    Requirements / Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications preferred.
    • Minimum of 8–10 years post-graduation experience in EPC project management, with at least 4 years in a senior project role.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure or oil & gas construction projects.
    • Excellent command of MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar project scheduling tools.
