    Procurement Officer

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Preparation of cost estimate and budget for purchase for building and civil works.
    • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
    •  Review and analyze all vendors submitted quotations and give necessary recommendations appropriately.
    •  Develop and manage plans for all procurement activities.
    •  Negotiate the best price for procurement activities.
    • Ensure all goods and services to be procured are of high quality as specified.
    • Maintain and update a list of vendors and their qualifications, contact and all necessary information.
    • Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • You have good knowledge of the general workings of the construction industry
    • You have a bachelor's degree as a Quantity Surveyor
    • You have a minimum of 3 year work experience in similar role
    •  You possess great negotiation skills
    •  You understand the importance of effective communication and influencing skills within teams, vendors, suppliers, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
    •  You are a passionate about solving problems and taking initiatives to improve the status quo
    • You have great attention to detail and an ability to work independently with limited guidance.

    Medical Sales Consultant

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identifying new markets and business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching, analyzing sales options and arranging meetings with potential customers
    • Maintaining relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
    • Responsible for opening up new sales outlets and ensuring that these translates into ROI
    • Monitor sales data and keep up to date with current market trends and customer needs.
    • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
    • Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecast to the management team.
    • Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting

    REQUIREMENTS

    • You have over 6 years professional Medical Sales experience
    • You have proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (MS word, Excel)
    • You are a great communicator with excellent presentation skills
    • You thrive under situations where you have measurable outcomes that impact the growth of the Company.

    Project Architect

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  Producing 2D and 3D architectural and interior designs that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.
    • Overseeing construction phases of projects by conducting site inspections and ensure strict adherence to architects’ details and Development control approved drawings.
    •  Preparing and presenting design proposals, including detailed drawings of finished buildings, renovations, or restorations
    •  Meeting with construction professionals and clients to discuss feasibility of designs, project objectives, needs and budget.
    •  Working with contractors, surveyors, and building service engineers to create a construction schedule and bring the designs to fruition
    • Actively seeking new design and construction methods
    •  Reviewing of documents for quality control evaluations.

    REQUIREMENTS

    •  You are proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3DMAX Software.
    •   You have worked in a consulting architectural firm.
    • You have both design and site work experience.
    •  You are registered with ARCOM and licensed as an architect.
    •  You possess Bachelors’ and Masters’ degree in Architecture
    • You have minimum of 6years post NYSC experience.
    •  You have great attention to detail and an ability to work independently with limited guidance.
    •  You understand the importance of effective communication and influencing skills within teams, vendors, suppliers, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
    • You have a track record of working to tight timelines in a challenging environment.
    •  You are a passionate about solving problems and taking initiatives to improve the status quo.
