• We are looking for an experiencedTax Managerto lead and manage multiple operations of the tax practice area and to deliver quality tax services, that will increase our firm’s reputation.

Responsibilities

• ​Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
• Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise
• Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
• Identify and mitigate tax risks
• Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance
• Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
• Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
• Manage and coordinate tax audits
• Maintain tax balances on general ledger
• Prepare all tax papers in a regular basis and handle all information data requests

Requirements

• BA in Accounting or MA in Taxation
• Proven work experience as a Tax Manager
• Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
• Knowledge of tax software and MS Office
• Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
• Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills
• Analytical skills with detail orientation.

Job Responsibilities
Rebate Policy Process Management:

• Manage the application, review, and optimization of business rebate policies, ensuring compliance with company financial standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with sales and business teams to review rebate applications, complete internal approvals, and ensure accurate system entries.

Rebate Execution & Accounting:

• Monitor rebate fulfillment, regularly verify rebate data for clients/channels, and ensure accuracy.
• Handle rebate accruals, write-offs, and financial postings, supporting month-end/quarter-end closing with the finance team.

Rebate Effectiveness Analysis:

• Develop rebate ROI models to evaluate the impact of rebate policies on business growth.
• Generate rebate performance reports, identify anomalies, and provide optimization recommendations to support management decisions.

System & Data Management:

• Maintain rebate databases and improve accounting tools (e.g., Excel/ERP/BI systems) to enhance automation.

Qualifications
Professional Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 3+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience, preferably in rebate management/channel incentive accounting.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.), ERP systems; Power BI/SQL is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination skills to drive cross-departmental collaboration.
• Results-driven, capable of independently managing complex data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with rebate models in industries such retail, or e-commerce.
• Experience in building rebate management systems from scratch.
