    Maintenance Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Implement asset care plans for manufacturing equipment
    • Carry out all Maintenance activities as stated in the maintenance plan with proper documentation.
    • Carry out routine maintenance checks and inspections on equipment
    • Review plant reliability to ensure equipment is operating optimally and to identify problems or opportunities.
    • Analyze plant performance data to identify opportunities for improvement ofplant performance.
    • Analyze plant failure modes and investigate causes for repeat failures to identify and correct root causes.
    • Work with the Production Manager and Maintenance Engineer to achieve weekly maintenance and production target

    Competencies & Qualifications

    • Minimum of ND in Engineering (Electrical or Electromechanical) or equivalent tertiary education.
    • Minimum of 3 years as a Maintenance Technician ideally in an FMCG.
    • Ability to implement maintenance plans for production equipment and utility Assets
    • Experience with modern asset management systems.
    • Previous experience in food processing or similar experience is compulsory.
    • Ensuring plant start-ups and shutdowns are done safely and properly.
    • Ability to train Operators on equipment best practices
    • Knowledge of HSE standards.
    • Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Accurate, decisive, and persuasive.
    • People management and strong leadership skills.
    • Proficiency with MS Office(Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint & GoogleDocs).

    Sales / Supply Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for leading sales and selling products to retail customers.
    • The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of food products and services.
    • Refine and execute sales strategies to attain sales objectives and optimize revenue expansion for financial products and services.
    • Monitor sales performance and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, providing personalized financial advice and solutions to meet their needs.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production, Stores, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment of sales strategies and objectives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to financial products and services.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines governing financial transactions and sales activities.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.
    • Must be able to drive with a valid Drivers’ License.

    Competencies & Qualifications

    • Minimum of HND in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Retail Sales Professional or similar role in the production industry, preferably in food manufacturing.
    • Strong leadership and integrity, with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
    • Proficiency with MS Office(Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint & GoogleDocs)
    • This role is most suitable for persons living within the FCT.

    Equipment Operators (Multiple Openings)

    Responsibilities

    • Sound experience in the Operation of Food Production Equipment
    • We are seeking people with Drink Line, Water Line, and Bottle Blowing Experiences
    • For the Bottle Blower, the individual must be able to manage, operate, and maintain the bottle-blowing machine and deliver output within set quality and safety standards.
    • Must be able to lift, drag, and pull a weight of at least 25 kg
    • Assist the production supervisor during the processing of materials into finished goods when needed.
    • Must be open to learning equipment operations and basic maintenance activities
    • Must be neat and safety conscious
    • Must be able to work within a food production environment
    • Must be able to take up all other duties from Supervisors and Superiors.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of NCE or ND in Engineering courses
    • Minimum of 3 years experience working with equipment is compulsory
    • Must be able to speak good English
    • Must be a resident of Abuja
    • Must be honest, humble, and trustworthy
    • Must be a fast learner

    Quality Assurance Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor production activities to ensure that they meet set quality standards.
    • Conduct Product Tests and Assessments before, during, and after every batch of production as necessary.
    • Proficiency in carrying out the required analyses according to standard procedures and work instructions.
    • Responsible for the quality control plan of the equipment under their responsibility including calibration.
    • Responsible for interpreting results and for reproducibility and repeatability of analyses
    • Responsible for Sampling of line and finished products according to set standards and ensuring compliance.
    • Reporting of abnormalities, notification of quality deviations, and takingimmediate corrections.
    • Perform analyses and tests as defined.
    • Identify Product Defects and Report Quality Issues
    • Keep an accurate record of all quality activities
    • Implement regular Process Improvements
    • Write and implement SOP.
    • Sample and analyze raw materials and products according to set standards
    • Follow through on assigned QMS Audit
    • Follow up and investigate Consumer complaints and ensure properresolution and closure.

    Qualifications & Competencies

    • B.Sc or HND in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or other related science courses.
    • Minimum of 3 years of laboratoryexperience with an understanding of Good Laboratory practices (GMP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and laboratory safety within an FMCG
    • Experience in Syrup Mixing
    • Solid and demonstrable knowledge of laboratory procedures.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
    • A self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision, meetdeadlines, and ensuretimely submission of reports.
    • Sound knowledge of food management systems and other food safety knowledge
    • Ability to follow through on issues and complaints
    • Ability to write SOPs and Food safety rules
    • Must be able to make people do the right thing
    • Proficiency with MS Office(Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint & GoogleDocs)
    • Must be innovative and dynamic.
