- Holders of a good Bachelor's Degree (at least Second- Class Lower Division) in Arts, Social Science or Humanities plus at least nine (9) years post- qualification cognate experience OR Master's Degree in relevant discipline plus at least seven (7) years post- qualification cognate experience, OR a relevant Doctorate Degree with at least three (3) years' post qualification cognate experience.

Requirements
- Holders of relevant Doctorate Degree in relevant field with at least three (3) years cognate teaching / research work experience, or Master's Degree in relevant field with at least six (6) years cognate teaching / research work experience plus NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- He must possess ten (10) conference papers and five (5) reputable journal publications, meaningful chapter contribution with relevant professional membership.
- Must possess demonstrable ability in both academic and administrative leadership.
- The ability to manage students, publications in the Q1-Q4 Scopus Index, web-based journals, and research grants won are added advantage.
