    Senior Industrial Relations Manager

    Responsibilities

    • As a Senior Industrial Relations Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our labor relations strategy.

    Primary Duties

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
    • Lead efforts to ensure the organization's compliance with local, national, and international labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance on disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and dispute resolution.

    Requirements

    • 15+ years of progressive experience in industrial relations within the oil and gas industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of local and international labor laws and regulations.
    • Proven success in collective bargaining and dispute resolution.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
