Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top-tier talent.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
• Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and implementing resolution strategies.
• Promote a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and professional development plans.
• Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate professional development initiatives for employees.
• Develop and update HR policies in alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices.
• Ensure company-wide compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee morale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in HR operations
• Proven experience in HR management within the EPC industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
