Job Description

• Setting quality standards for the factory following industry requirements and guidance for each department and processes.
• Monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production.
• Devise ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods
• Audit all inward fabric and trims and ensure that only top quality materials are accepted.
• Prepare audit report of the fabric and trims quality.
• Oversee product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards
• Perform in-line inspection and end-of-line inspection on the sewing floor.
• Perform inline inspection, pre-final audit and final inspection in finishing department.
• Implement preventive and remedial measures against occurrence of defects
• Prepare a quality manual for the company and ensure that quality policies & procedures are known to all and implemented at all levels
• Establish guidelines for production and preparatory processes to get right first-time quality from each process.
• Train the newly hired quality personnel on company quality policies and how to use quality tools.
• Inspect the final outputs from the luxury and production lines comparing it to the requirements and approve or reject the final products
• Ensure that no faulty fabric is sent for cutting. If minor fault are present in the fabric, defects should be marked on the fabric and same thing must be communicated to cutting department.
• Conducting pre-production meeting before production start.

Requirements 

• Graduate (HND/Bsc,MBA) any of which
• Fashion School Graduate (reputable)
• Specialized in pattern drafting, cutting & sewing
• Technical drawing
• Eye for detail

Industry: OOH ADVERTISING

The responsibilities will include:

• Contact potential clients to market and sell billboard advertising opportunities.
• Contact existing clients to arrange the placement and design of billboard advertisements they have agreed on and ensure an ongoing relationship
• Meet with individual clients at appropriate frequencies (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) to review schedules, budgets and create new strategies.
• Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conducting research on potential clients' products or services and determining the geographic location of the majority of their target customers for the sale of billboard advertisement
• Persuading clients to purchase billboard advertising products and services by communicating the benefits of various types of advertising.
• Providing recommendations on suitable billboard formats and sizes.
• Explain billboard pricing costs to potential clients and negotiate a fee if necessary
• Account manage an existing client to ensure their needs are satisfied and they are happy with the service
• Work with production teams to ensure that agreed advertisements are carried in the right place and at the right time
• Track purchases and keep record of sales, contacts and deals
• Work to maximise sales and meet targets
• Deliver sales reports to management

Requirements:

• At least 3years working experience in Sales of Billboard Advertising, Insurance, real estate
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Sound knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
