    Front Desk Officer

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Representative to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
    • Manage online and phone reservations
    • Inform customers about payment methods and verify 
    • Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
    • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
    • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
    • Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
    • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
    • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
    • Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
    • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

    Requirements and Skills

    • A degree is required.
    • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
    • Experience with hotel reservations software, like Cloudbeds and RoomKeyPMS
    • Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
    • Customer service attitude
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Housekeeper

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team.
    • As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

    Responsibilities

    • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities
    • Restock linens, towels, and amenities as needed
    • Clean and maintain public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms
    • Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms and public areas
    • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the housekeeping supervisor
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
    • Work efficiently to ensure that rooms are ready for check-in by the scheduled time
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
