    Account Manager (Planning & Analysis)

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure that all pending approval requests are treated withing 24 hours from each request
    • Produce Tax policy before END of 2025
    • Improve operating efficiency (operating expenses as a percentage of revenue) to 80% by END of 2025
    • Ensure Final Annual Budget presentation not more than more than 30 November each year
    • Develop a cost profile framework for all units clearly delineating unit cost structure by end of 2025
    • Conclude implementation of SAGE and Norming before end of 2025
    • Ensure Monthly Filing of PAYE AND Pension before 7th of each Month
    • Ensure monthly filing of VAT and Withholding tax before 7th day of each month

    Head of Retail

    Responsibilities 

    • Ensure that all pending approval requests are treated withing 24 hours from each request
    • Ensure average 80% product request for reorder level each MONTH
    • Minimize LPG tank variance to less than 0.1% MONTHLY

    Facility Officer (Mechanical Technician)

    Responsibilities

    • Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, pumps, generators, and fire-fighting systems.
    • Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
    • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules in line with facility management standards.

    Facility Officer (Generator Repairer)

    Responsibilities

    • Carry out regular inspection, servicing, and maintenance of diesel and petrol generators.
    • Diagnose and repair generator faults (mechanical, electrical, and electronic).
    • Ensure timely refueling, oil changes, and replacement of worn-out parts.
    • Monitor generator performance and maintain accurate service logs.
    • Support facility operations by providing standby power solutions during outages.

    Electrical & Electronics Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct routine inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and electronic systems.
    • Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, panels, sockets, lighting, UPS, inverters, air-conditioning units, and related equipment.
    • Maintain and service electronic devices such as CCTV, access control systems, fire alarms, intercoms, and other facility-related systems.
    • Diagnose faults and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime and ensure smooth facility operations.
