Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years' proven experience as a Van Sales Representative within the FMCG or Beverage Manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience selling bottled water, soft drinks, beverages, or other fast-moving consumer goods.
- Must possess a valid Nigerian Driver's Licence with excellent driving skills.
- Strong knowledge of Ota, Ogun State, and surrounding distribution routes is compulsory.
- Excellent understanding of retail distribution, route-to-market strategies, and territory management.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage cash collections, invoices, and stock reconciliation accurately.
- Good numerical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit and capable of handling delivery activities where necessary.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- Must reside in Ota, Ogun State, or nearby locations, or be willing to relocate.
