About The Role

• We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead revenue growth initiatives within a premium hospitality and luxury lifestyle environment.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building high-value client relationships, driving customer acquisition, and converting business opportunities into measurable revenue outcomes.
• This is a hands-on commercial leadership role requiring a highly networked sales professional with strong experience in premium hospitality, lifestyle, events, or related sectors.
• The ideal candidate must possess excellent business development capabilities, executive presence, and the ability to represent a luxury brand with confidence and professionalism.
• The Head of Sales will play a critical role in expanding market presence, strengthening corporate and private client relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Commercial Leadership:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Establish sales plans, forecasts, pipelines, and performance goals.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and develop initiatives to maximise commercial growth.
• Work closely with management and operational teams to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.

Business Development & Customer Acquisition:

• Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within target markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, corporate organisations, private individuals, and strategic partners.
• Develop opportunities through networking, referrals, industry connections, and market engagement.
• Represent the organisation at client meetings, corporate events, industry functions, and networking platforms.
• Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support consistent revenue generation.

Client Relationship Management:

• Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.
• Manage key accounts and ensure exceptional client experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with premium hospitality expectations.
• Maintain regular engagement with high-value customers and strategic stakeholders.

Revenue Growth & Sales Performance Management:

• Drive achievement of revenue targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing strategies.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, pipeline activity, and revenue trends.
• Analyse market opportunities and recommend strategies for increased profitability.
• Prepare regular sales reports, insights, and recommendations for Management review.
• Implement corrective actions where sales performance falls below expectations.

Partnerships & Market Expansion:

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships, corporate accounts, and referral networks.
• Explore opportunities for collaborations that enhance brand visibility and commercial growth.
• Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

Commission Structure:

• The commission structure remains performance-driven and is based on the net revenue generated, following a progressive performance model tied to agreed sales targets and revenue milestones.

• Achievement of overall revenue and sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7–10 years' experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles.
• Previous experience within hospitality, luxury lifestyle, events, private clubs, premium consumer services, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Proven experience managing key accounts, high-value clients, and strategic partnerships.
• Experience operating within a structured sales environment with measurable performance objectives.
