    Sales Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Initiate strategies that will lead to the company having effective footprint of its wines/spirits product lines in all the beveragemarkets, hospitality and modern tradein Edomarkets.
    • Source for new customers andmanage the relationships of existing clients.
    • Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.
    • Handle all prospect and customers’ enquiries
    • Increase sales volumes to ensure set targets are met
    • Manage the territoryadministration ensuring efficiency of operations in inventoryand sales management

    Qualifications

    • Degree/HND.
    • 3-5years salesexperience and high level passion for sales

    Other Conditions:

    • Applicants must understand the whole rudiments of wines/spirits sales and relationship management process.
    • They must possess competence in professional selling and persuasion
    • They must be very hardworking, target oriented to achieve set targets.
    • Must age less than 35years

    Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • General book-keeping ensuring that all financial transactions are captured through the company’s accounting software
    • Utilize the company’s accounts books and/or software to record information and prepare or generate balance sheet, profit or loss statement, cash flows and other financial reports.
    • Ensure the substantiation of all financial transactions evidenced by source documents.
    • Initiate and maintain financial controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
    • Carry out periodic and prompt reconciliations with the debtors and creditors.
    • Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure they tally with the company’s records with zero tolerance for and prompt recovery of excess charges.
    • Secure all source documents, keeping financial information confidential, ensuring speedy and ease of retrieving them.

    Qualifications

    • Degree/HND in Accounting with strong financial skills.
    • At least five years work experience in Accounting related function

    Other Conditions:

    • Use of excel or an accounting software is required
    • They should be ready to be interviewed and resume immediately.

    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Business Development and Operations Manager will serve as the head of the team responsible for leading strategic initiatives and executing ambitious organizational goals.
    • This role requires a candidate with expertise in marketing, both in-field and on social media platforms to drive business growth and operational efficiency. He reports to the CEO.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee all operational activities, ensuring productivity across teams and departments.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic to our projects, achieve ROI targets, and optimize marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with realtors, managing their training, remuneration, and overall performance.
    • Organize and oversee site inspections for clients and realtors.
    • Coordinate with web developers and social media managers to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies, including loyalty programs, discounts, and rewards.
    • Design and execute PR campaigns, media relations strategies, and promotional materials (e.g., brochures, videos, social media content).
    • Plan and manage PR events such as open houses, press conferences, and exhibitions, serving as the company’s spokesperson when necessary.
    • Identify and pursue partnership, sponsorship, and advertising opportunities.
    • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and prepare detailed PR reports.
    • Write and review press releases, and client communications for approval by the CEO
    • Address inquiries from the public, press, and related organizations.
    • Provide clients with updates on new promotional opportunities and ongoing PR campaigns.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • HND or BSc in a related discipline, preferably Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of business development experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
    • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness and business development strategies.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency in preparing management reports and correspondence.
    • Strong initiative, time management, and stress management skills.
    • Not more than 40years

    Other Requirements:

    • They must be very hardworking with high levels of integrity
    • Interested candidates must presently reside or can easily procure accommodation in Awka
