Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the specific short lets accommodation
Overseeing various departments and ensuring smooth functioning to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Report to the CEO and the Head of Operations.
Supervise and support the Guest Services, Housekeeping, Cook, and Bar Attendant / Butler teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.
Coordinate with the Head of Operations to implement strategies and policies effectively.
Monitor guest feedback and reviews to address any concerns promptly and maintain guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and the Digital Marketing team to drive marketing efforts and increase bookings.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract high-caliber guests, including government officials, dignitaries, and other VIPs.
Respond to guest complaints and resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff.
Coordinate with other hotel departments, including marketing and sales, to ensure maximum revenue and profitability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or any relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management
Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in Hotel or short lets management, and data entry software.with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in marketing, especially in targeting high-caliber guests and VIPs, is an advantage.
