    Below-the-Line Sales Agent (High-Level)

    Role Overview

    • Lead field sales initiatives by onboarding property vendors and ensuring high-quality property listings on the platform.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage property owners and vendors for platform listings.
    • Build and maintain relationships with local real estate agents and vendors.
    • Supervise junior sales agents and support team coordination.
    • Verify property information and ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Meet monthly onboarding and sales targets.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Number of properties onboarded.
    • Quality and accuracy of property data.
    • Vendor satisfaction and retention.
    • Team performance under supervision.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Higher Diploma or degree in Business, Sales or related field.
    • 3-5 years experience in real estate or sales.
    • Familiarity with Nigerian property market.
