Role Overview

• Support property vendor onboarding by gathering listing information and assisting vendor relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying property vendors and owners for listings.
• Collect property data and documentation for upload.
• Support senior sales agents in vendor engagement and relationship building.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of listings.
• Achieve individual onboarding targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of listings processed.
• Accuracy of property information collected.
• Vendor engagement feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

• NYSC.
• Some experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.

• Motivation and ability to meet targets.

Work Environment & Culture:

• Primarily field-based with local travel requirements.
