    Technical Product Manager

    Mission / Purpose of the Job

    • Technical Product Manager’s responsibilities include Leading the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative, scalable, and user-centric products that align with organizational goals and market needs.
    • Responsible for defining the long-term product roadmap, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
    • Drive execution through data driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of customer experience.

    Job Description

    • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
    • Own and manage the product lifecycle end-to-end — from concept, validation, and MVP definition to launch, scaling, and continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to shape technical direction, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security in product design.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical dependencies.
    • Translate complex customer, partner, and market needs into structured product requirements and actionable development plans.
    • Foster a culture of iteration, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the product team.
    • Lead product discovery efforts — including user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking — to inform strategy and feature development.
    • Serve as the primary bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery.
    • Establish and track key product performance metrics (KPIs and OKRs) to evaluate success, drive accountability, and guide future decisions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and commercial teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and value propositions.

    Requirements
    Qualification and Work Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Degree Systems, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred).
    • 10–14 years of progressive experience in product management within a technology-driven or SaaS environment, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity, fintech, or cloud-based platforms
    • Proven track record of defining and delivering complex, multi stakeholder products from concept to market on a scale.

    Knowledge:

    • Deep understanding of APIs, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with the ability to communicate technical decisions to non-technical audiences.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to link technical capabilities to commercial value.
    • Experience working in or managing enterprise-grade B2B products in the cybersecurity or managed services space.

    Skills:

    • Demonstrated leadership in scaling product teams or transforming product processes.
    • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and aligning diverse priorities under tight deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience leveraging metrics to guide product strategies.
    • Skilled in conducting customer discovery, translating insights into actionable product decisions, and balancing innovation with operational excellence.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing executive-level decisions.
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies, product road mapping tools, and modern product management practices.

    Mission / Purpose of the Job

    • This role is responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, managing and mentoring the sales team, and establishing strong client relationships.
    • The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with proven experience in technology or cybersecurity sales, capable of delivering consistent business results while positioning Company’s as a trusted market leader.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets, providing guidance, coaching, and performance reviews.

    Job Specifications
    Minimum & Preferred Requirements:

    • Education / Business Degree: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA Degree preferred).

    Work Experience:

    • 10 - 12 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role within technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B/enterprise environment.
