    Director of Customer Success

    Location: [Remote] 9AM - 6PM EST with 1 hour lunch break

    Position Overview:

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, with hands-on experience managing customer success operations. Familiarity with Shopify Enterprise, Gorgias CX, and other leading tools is a significant advantage. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction, analyzing CX data, and leading a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute customer success strategies to enhance retention, loyalty, and overall customer satisfaction.
    • Manage and mentor a team of Customer Success professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Leverage tools like Shopify Enterprise, Gorgias CX, and other platforms to monitor, analyze, and improve customer experience metrics.
    • Implement and refine workflows to streamline CX operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align customer success initiatives with business objectives.
    • Track and report on key CX metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of customer success innovation.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a Customer Success Manager or Director role, ideally within the e-commerce or DTC space.
    • Strong familiarity with Shopify Enterprise and Gorgias CX platforms.
    • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling CX teams.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on complex CX metrics.
    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

    Bookkeeper

    Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

    Key Responsibilities:

    As our Bookkeeper, you will:

    • Record and classify day-to-day financial transactions for Imprinted Holdings and its six subsidiaries.
    • Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and credit card accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
    • Manage inter-company accounting processes, tracking transactions between subsidiaries.
    • Classify all financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
    • Prepare and send invoices to clients and subsidiaries as needed.
    • Support the Controller in preparing financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
    • Maintain organized and accurate financial records for all entities.
    • Collaborate with the Controller to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

    Qualifications:

    To excel in this role, you should have:

    • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, ideally in organizations with multiple entities or subsidiaries.
    • Expert-level proficiency in Xero accounting software.
    • Strong understanding of American accounting practices and regulations.
    • Experience with inter-company accounting and processes.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification in bookkeeping or accounting.
    • Familiarity with financial reporting and tax preparation.

    Additional Information

    • The Bookkeeper will not have access to bank accounts for transactions but will be responsible for classifying all financial activities and maintaining accurate records.
    • This role reports directly to the Controller and works closely with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.

    Social Media Manager

    Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Social Media Strategy: Develop strategies based on advanced client market insights, including KPIs and performance metrics, and implement real-time optimizations to improve results.
    • Content Creation & Management: Design, curate, and manage content, including writing captions and creating social media calendars for client accounts
    • Community Engagement: Monitor, listen to, and respond to social audiences in ways that deepen engagement and defuse potential issues.
    • Platform Monitoring: Provide guidance on engagement opportunities across evolving social channels and evaluate new opportunities within client budgets.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 4+ years of social and digital marketing experience, managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
    • Proficiency: Expertise in Sprout Social is a must.
    • Analytics: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, using data to measure and inform strategies.
    • Communication: Native English speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to influence others effectively.
    • Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
    • Passion for Social Media: Deep understanding of social media's business impact and a genuine enthusiasm for its evolving landscape.

    Nice-to-Haves:
