    Dispatch Rider

    Job Summary

    • The dispatch rider is responsible for the timely and secure delivery of packages, documents, and other items to clients or businesses.
    • The role requires good knowledge of routes, strong time management, and safe riding practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and parcels to assigned destinations
    • Ensure deliveries are made on time and in good condition
    • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery
    • Verify delivery information (addresses, contact details, etc.)
    • Maintain records of deliveries and obtain signatures where required
    • Handle cash-on-delivery transactions when necessary
    • Perform basic motorcycle maintenance and keep it clean
