Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Create and manage content for the website, blog, and social media platforms.
• Manage and optimize paid ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
• Develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Maintain and update the company’s website and CRM.
• Engage with online followers and respond to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate
• Experience with digital tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools).

• Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Manage payroll and employee expense claims.
• Maintain and reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Prepare tax computations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA) is an advantage.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a property or construction firm.
