    PMO Engineer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a PMO Engineer (HVAC) to support mechanical engineering projects by ensuring coordination, quality assurance, and technical compliance throughout project execution.
    • The role will ensure mechanical systems are delivered on schedule, within budget, and align with client and industry standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop project plans, schedules, and assist with progress monitoring.
    • Review electrical drawings and specifications for compliance.
    • Ensure quality assurance through inspections and testing.
    • Coordinate with MEPF teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly.
    • Address client queries and assist in procurement activities.
    • Propose improvements for efficiency and compliance.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • Experience: 4–5 years in Mechanical Engineering, preferably in MEPF/building services.
    • Certifications: COREN or equivalent membership is a plus.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in electrical design tools (AutoCAD, Revit MEP).
    • Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety regulations.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

    Inventory Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Inventory Officer manages the receipt, storage, issuance, and control of MEP materials and equipment to ensure accurate stock records, material availability for projects, and minimal loss or wastage.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and record MEP materials and equipment.
    • Issue materials based on approved requisitions.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances.
    • Monitor re-order levels and support procurement planning.
    • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO practices.
    • Prepare basic inventory reports and support audits.

    Requirements

    • BSc in a relevant field i.e Supply Management, Busines Administration.
    • 3+ years experience in inventory or storekeeping (MEP/construction preferred).
    • Knowledge of MEP materials and inventory systems.
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Good attention to detail and integrity.

    QA/QC Engineer

    Job Summary

    • The QA/QC Engineer will oversee the implementation of quality control procedures for MEPF systems, conduct inspections and tests, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
    • You will ensure that all systems comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and project specifications.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement MEPF quality control plans and procedures.
    • Conduct inspections and tests at various stages of MEPF installations and commissioning.
    • Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve MEPF quality issues.
    • Monitor and analyze MEPF quality performance metrics, generate reports, and present findings to management.
    • Ensure compliance with MEPF-related codes, standards, and regulations.
    • Provide guidance and training to project teams on MEPF quality control processes.
    • Participate in the selection and evaluation of MEPF subcontractors and suppliers.
    • Review MEPF design and construction documents for quality compliance.
    • Conduct MEPF risk assessments and contribute to hazard mitigation strategies.
    • Stay updated with industry advancements, new technologies, and emerging standards related to MEPF systems.
    • Assist employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards, ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
    • Analyse all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
    • Certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) are a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years of QA/QC experience in MEPF systems within the building services industry.
    • Hands-on experience with MEPF installations, testing, and commissioning processes.
    • In-depth understanding of MEPF systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection).
    • Familiarity with MEPF testing equipment, quality control software, and tools.
