    OneBox Field Officer

    Job Overview

    • The Field Officer will coordinate all on-ground activities at the sites in alignment with the Boat Foundation Project, from the initial phase through to project completion.
    • He will visit all assigned facilities to ensure timely inventory updates and requisitions, while also engaging with stakeholders and Training of Healthcare workers on the app usage.

    Responsibilities

    • Extracts and report on data-driven conclusions for each salient undertaking
    • Compilation of timely, accurate bimonthly reports from all supported facilities in the state
    • Provide support to the Project M&E team for quality, timely monthly and Quarterly reporting
    • Coordinates step-down training for Pharmacy Technicians and Health Care Workers on the use of OneBox App
    • Provide technical reports of all sites and State activities to the Global Team
    • Provide support in coordinating, meetings, Capacity building activities for High-Level Key Stakeholders and HCWs in the State
    • Confer with Project Beneficiaries and support staff to evaluate uptake, pitfalls, and areas requiring necessary expansion
    • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders; Manage the relationship and Communicate with Facilities and all stakeholders to ensure Project Objectives, Targets, and Goals are achieved and sustained.
    • Monitors Onebox App and ensures facilities orders and updates inventory daily
    • Support the process of selection of partner local governments within the region to undergo a strategic planning process, according to the criteria and selection process approved by the Project Board;
    • Provide support in Conducting entry and exit capacity assessments of partners, local governments within the region/cluster, based on a unified assessment methodology developed by the project and prepare relevant narrative reports;
    • Support in Designing capacity-building action plans for partners, local government coordinator and Director of PHCs within the region/cluster, based on the capacity assessment results; photocopies, photos
    • Closely interact with the project team, as well as with other project Field Officers in the process of realization of this function
    • Perform any other duties assigned.

    Requirement

    • 2-3 relevant years of experience
    • Analytical skills, Data collection skills, Stakeholder engagement, Tech Enthusiast, Problem solving skills, teachable and willing to serve.

    Monitoring and Evaluation Manager (Lagos)

    Job Overview

    • The M&E Manager will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring and evaluation of our LifeBank Group’s programs and projects, designing and implementing M&E activities, assisting Project Managers in preparing reports on project progress and will monitor project activities on a regular basis.
    • S/he will lead data collection, analysis and reporting, and ensure that data is effectively used for program improvement.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation systems and frameworks for all programs and projects.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to program and project teams on M&E processes and data collection methodologies.
    • Lead the development of data collection tools, data analysis plans, and reporting templates.
    • Conduct regular field visits to monitor program implementation and assess data quality.
    • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, success factors, and challenges.
    • Provide timely feedback to program and project teams on M&E findings and ensure that program improvements are made based on data.
    • Ensure project teams are in compliance with projects rules
    • Provide capacity building and training to program and project staff on M&E processes and tools.
    • Ensure that all M&E reports are of high quality and are submitted on time.
    • Represent LifeBank in external M&E-related meetings and events.
    • Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving projects output
    • Monitor the sustainability of projects results
    • Provide feedback to the Project Managers on project strategies and activities
    • Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of projects by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks
    • Perform other tasks assigned

    Educational Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Statistics, or any other relevant field.
    • A master's degree will be considered an advantage.

    Requirements

    • 4 - 5 years of experience in M&E, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
    • Good time and knowledge management skills
    • Good initiative, time and stress management skills
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing M&E systems and frameworks.
    • Knowledge of statistical software packages and Data Visualization tools such as SPSS or STATA,Power BI.
    • Candidate should be willing to travel within Nigeria, especially Northern Nigeria.
