    Field Executive

    We are a recruitment and field-force consulting firm specializing in building high-performing sales teams for leading alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage brands across Lagos and its environs. We are currently recruiting driven, result-oriented, and experienced sales professionals to support distributor-led sales operations across multiple territories.

    Locations

    • Mushin, Apapa, Festac, Ikeja, Ikotun, Ikorodu, Mowe, Ibafo, Ijesha, Shomolu, Agege, Trade Fair, Ojo, Onipanu, Oshodi, Ojota, Igbo-Efon, Badagry and surrounding areas.

    Role Overview

    The Field Executive is responsible for driving bulk sales, managing key customer relationships, coordinating deliveries, and expanding market presence across assigned territories.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate bulk orders and meet sales targets
    • Build and manage relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts
    • Coordinate order processing and delivery with Van Sales teams
    • Age: 25 – 45 years
    • Conduct market intelligence and customer feedback reporting
    • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

    Requirements

    • Sales experience in FMCG or beverage distribution is an advantage
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer management skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Good reporting, planning, and time management skills

    Field Executive

    • Basic Salary: ₦90,000
    • Incentives: ₦150,000
    • Conveyance: ₦50,000

    Sales Manager / City Head

    Role Overview

    The Sales Manager / City Head will oversee distributor sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage strategic partnerships, and align distributor performance with organizational objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute distributor-focused sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
    • Manage distributor relationships, performance reviews, and sales outcomes
    • Provide training, tools, and support to distributor sales teams
    • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends
    • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to drive brand visibility and market expansion
    • Manage key customer relationships and resolve escalated issues

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
    • 3–5 years’ sales management experience (beverage/FMCG preferred)
    • Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
    • Experience in distributor and key account management
    • Provision of three (3) verifiable guarantors

    Basic Salary: ₦300,000

    Incentives: ₦300,000

    Conveyance: ₦80,000

    Sales Supervisor

    Role Overview

    The Sales Supervisor will manage Van Sales and Van Delivery teams, ensure effective route execution, drive sales performance, and support daily distribution operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coach Van Sales & Delivery Representatives
    • Monitor sales performance, conduct field visits, and provide feedback
    • Train teams on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service
    • Coordinate inventory, routes, and promotions with Sales Manager
    • Report competitor activities and market trends

    Requirements

    • HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
    • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
    • Strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills
    • Provision of three (3) verifiable guarantors

    Basic Salary: ₦120,000

    Incentives: ₦200,000

    Conveyance: ₦60,000

    Van Sales Representative

    Locations

    Role Overview

    The Van Sales Representative will sell products directly to retailers, manage van inventory, execute daily sales routes, and ensure excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
    • Visit existing and prospective customers within assigned routes
    • Manage van stock, product rotation, and safety compliance
    • Conduct product demonstrations and promotions
    • Submit daily sales and market reports

    Requirements

    • ND or equivalent qualification
    • 1–2 years’ sales experience (beverage/FMCG preferred)
    • Age: 25 – 45 years
    • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Physically fit to handle product loading/offloading
    • Provision of three (3) verifiable guarantors

    Van Sales Representative

    • Basic Salary: ₦90,000
    • Incentives: ₦80,000
    • Offload Assistant Allowance: ₦44,000
