    Graphics Designer

    Job description
    This role include but is not limited to; the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos, as well as carrying out some administrative duties.

    Responsibilities

    • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
    • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
    • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
    • Assist in administrative roles

    Requirements

    • OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant field
    • Certification in graphics designing is an added advantage
    • Minimum of at least 1 year experience in graphic design
    • Familiarity with design software and technologies
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

    Housekeeper

    Responsibilities

    • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
    • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
    • Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
    • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess SSCE / OND qualifications with relevant experience.

    Receptionist / Front Desk Officer

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a receptionist to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage online and phone reservations
    • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
    • Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
    • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
    • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
    • Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
    • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs

    Requirements

    • OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field
    • 1-2 years experience
    • Customer service attitude
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Knowledge of basic accounting.
