Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the Sales
• Department to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to drive revenue and portfolio growth.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure the team meets or exceeds KPIs.
• Identify and establish new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and referral channels.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, loan origination process, and customer relationship management.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
• Coach and develop team members to improve productivity and performance.
