    Internal Audit and Control Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans and programs.  
    • Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits in accordance with the audit plan.  
    • Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.  
    • Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.
    • Document audit procedures and maintain audit working papers in compliance with professional standards.
    • Identify and evaluate significant risk exposures related to governance, operations, and information systems.  
    • Recommend improvements to the bank's risk management framework.  
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.  
    • Conduct compliance reviews related to statutory and regulatory returns (eg, AML/CFT/CPF regulations, etc.).  
    • Perform daily prepayment checks and vouchering of all payments and other capital or overhead requests.  
    • Document and report identified control issues discovered during the vetting process and how they were resolved.  

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Number of audits completed per year.  
    • Percentage of audit recommendations implemented.  
    • Improvement in internal control effectiveness. 

    Requirements / Qualifications
    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.  
    • CIA, CISA, ACA, CIBN, ACCA, or any other relevant professional qualification.  

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing within the banking or financial services industry.  

    Skills:

    • In-depth knowledge of internal control frameworks and auditing standards in relation to the bank.  
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.  
    • Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.  
    • Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications.  
    • Strong interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical abilities.  
    • High attention to detail, self-motivated, and good organizational skills.

    Risk and Credit Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
    • Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of potential risks.
    • Review credit limit requests, assessing the appropriateness of the product type, overall credit extension, borrower’s repayment ability, and loan package conformity to organizational standards.
    • Monitor various lending team portfolios for credit risk issues, including exception reporting, past dues, loan agreement compliance, trend analysis, and emerging risks.
    • Ensure efficient credit risk management to promote an excellent customer experience, both internally and externally.
    • Analyze the delinquent portfolio to identify causal factors, make recommendations, and track progress to ensure timely closure.
    • Manage loan recovery efforts, such as negotiating work-out plans for delinquent customers and coordinating with collection agencies or legal action when necessary.
    • Monitor violations of credit policies and provide analysis, conclusions, and recommendations to senior management.
    • Prepare comprehensive and reliable credit risk reports for senior management and the board on a regular basis.
    • Ensure compliance with internal and external risk management policies, and provide staff training on risk management practices.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk management.
    • Assist in the development of new credit products and services.

    Requirements / Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CIBN) is preferred.
    • Certification in Risk Management (e.g., FRM, PRM) is preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in risk management or credit analysis within the banking and technology industries.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in risk assessment tools and methodologies.
    • In-depth knowledge of risk management frameworks and credit risk analysis, especially within banking and technology.

    Key Responsibilities

    Finance and Investment Executive

    Responsibilities
    Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Develop and implement financial planning models to support short-term and long-term strategic goals.
    • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making.
