Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Intelligence (spies and machinery) on security operations to provide proactive information to management and kept it confidential.
• Implement disciplinary procedures among all staff to avert crimes within the company
• Regular check on all security posts for efficient delivery of their mandates.
• Develop and maintain a Firefighting crew within the security team & and work hand in hand with the Safety Manager.
• Ensuring that the company\'s security policies and operations comply with all federal laws and legislations and any other security affairs that will keep staff and company properties safe.
• Work with the company Security Coordinator to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs.
• Prioritize security initiatives to avert all crises that will negatively impact the company’s operations.
• Maintain relationships/collaboration with external law enforcement agencies at local, state, and federal government levels.
• Develop emergency procedures and present risk assessments and improved security policies to management team members. Develop and implement fishing policies and procedures to maintain sustainability.

• The Feed Mill Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality and quantity of feed production, coordinating mill activities, managing team members, and maintaining safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of agricultural operations, excellent leadership skills, and a deep commitment to product quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all feed mill operations and activities. 
• Coordinate production processes to ensure efficiency and quality o Supervise staff, organise and monitor workflow,
• Maintain records of all inventory and supplies.
• Manage budget and production efficiency, getting the best out of both human and material resources.
• Maintain open lines of communication with farm managers and suppliers.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of mill equipment as needed Develop and implement farming policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain all farm records and reports. 
• Ensure all farming operations comply with government regulations and safety standards. 
• Manage and supervise farming personnel and handle staffing issues. 
• Monitor budget and operating costs. 
• Inspect farm buildings and equipment, arranging for repairs when necessary. 
• Ensure animal health by scheduling regular check-ups and coordinating necessary treatments. 

Desired Profile

• Proven 10 years or more experience as a Feed Mill Manager or similar role within the Farming Industry.
• Understanding of agricultural operations and animal feed production.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Ability to maintain accurate records o Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making o Strong communication skills.
• BSc degree in Agriculture, Animal Science or relevant field BSC/HND Agriculture, Agric Science and Management or other related fields.
