    Plant Engineer (Shift Leader)

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Plant Engineer (Shift Leader) to oversee the efficient operation of the C02 production plant.
    • The successful candidate will ensure optimal equipment performance, compliance with safety and quality standards, and achievement of production targets.

    Key Areas of Responsibilities

    • Ensure full compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) objectives and policies.
    • Operate and monitor the production plant safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
    • Track and adjust all production parameters to maintain optimal performance and product quality.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate hourly logs of operational parameters.
    • Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment deviations, malfunctions, or abnormalities promptly.
    • Participate actively in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
    • Provide detailed reports on production activities and equipment performance for each shift.
    • Contribute to major maintenance planning by providing insights into instrumentation, mechanical, and electrical scopes—based on current equipment conditions, best practices, and performance trends.
    • Ensure accurate documentation of all maintenance work performed (“As Found” and “As Left”) within the SAP PM system

    Qualifications and Experience

    • HND / BSc in Instrumentation / Chemical / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
    • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience (Instrumentation engineering experience will be an added advantage).
    • Completed NYSC scheme.
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.

    Cylinder Tester

    Summary

    • To ensure the safety, integrity, and compliance of gas cylinders through thorough inspection, testing, and certification in accordance with industry standards and statutory regulations.
    • The Cylinder Tester ensures that only safe and approved cylinders are filled, stored, and distributed to customers.

    Key Areas of Responsibility

    • Conduct hydrostatic and visual inspection of cylinders in line with industry standards
    • Identify, segregate, and record defective cylinders for repair, scrapping, or requalification.
    • Maintain accurate testing records and certification documentation for all tested cylinders.
    • Operate and maintain cylinder testing equipment, ensuring calibration and reliability.
    • Adhere strictly to safety, health, and environmental procedures during testing operations.
    • Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient cylinder yard and testing area.
    • Ensure proper marking, stamping, and tagging of tested cylinders for traceability.
    • Report any incidents, near-misses, or equipment malfunction immediately to the supervisor.
    • Support periodic audits, inspections, and compliance reviews by regulatory authorities.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • OND / Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
    • 2–5 years of relevant experience in cylinder testing, inspection, or plant operations (preferably in gas manufacturing or distribution).

    Business Development Executive

    Summary

    Machinist / Fitter

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a skilled Machinist / Fitter to manufacture precision parts by interpreting engineering drawings, setting up and operating machines (such as lathes, milling machines, CNC machines), and ensuring quality and efficiency in production processes.

    Key Areas of Responsibility

    • Set up and operate machines to produce components to exact specifications.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
    • Inspect finished products for accuracy using measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges).
    • Maintain machines, performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting issues.
    • Work closely with engineers and production supervisors to optimize manufacturing processes.
    • Monitor production quality, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Technical Diploma, OND, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • 2–5 years’ experience in machining or precision manufacturing.

    Plant Engineer

    Key Areas of Responsibilities

    • Achieve SHEQ objectives
    • Ensure the Production plant is operated safely and effectively to achieve production targets.
    • Monitor all functioning facilities to ensure they are working within the manufacturer’s allowable limits.
    • Monitor and adjust accordingly all production parameters.
    • Provide logs of these parameters on an hourly basis.
    • Identify and report any deviations or errors noticed on the machinery.
    • Participate in the maintenance of the plant as at when required.
    • Provide a report of the production carried out during his/her shift.
    • Participate in major maintenance planning by providing leadership in deciding instrumentation/mechanical and electrical scopes, based on up-to-date condition information, best practice, and performance history of instrumentation/mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.
    • Ensure that all maintenance work in scope is recorded “As found” and “As Left” using the SAP PM system.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • The ideal candidate must be a Nigerian Citizen.
    • HND/BSC in Instrumentation/Chemical/Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
    • 1 - 5 years’ relevant experience with background in either Instrumentation will be added advantage.
    • Completed NYSC scheme.
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
