    General Manager (Hotel Industry)

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate will drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence while ensuring the seamless running of all departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across rooms, F&B, and bar/nightclub.
    • Lead, train, and motivate departmental heads and staff to achieve performance goals.
    • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality systems.
    • Drive revenue growth and cost control through strategic planning and innovation.
    • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
    • Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
    • Manage vendor relationships and operational logistics effectively.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or related field.
    • 5–7 years of proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a multi-outlet property.
    • Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills.
    • Excellent understanding of hotel operations systems and controls.
    • Strategic mindset, and results-oriented attitude.

    Salary
    N300,000 – N400,000 monthly (net) + performance-based incentives negotiable.

    Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager (Hotel Industry)

    Job Summary

    • HRLeverage Africa, the pan-African workforce management company is seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager on behalf of our client.
    • The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the client restaurant and bar.
    • The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service delivery, efficient cost management, and exceptional guest satisfaction while leading a motivated and professional team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage all restaurant and bar operations to achieve business goals.
    • Supervise staff, schedule shifts, and ensure top-quality service standards.
    • Oversee stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
    • Develop and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.
    • Plan, update, and innovate menu offerings with the culinary team.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
    • Handle guest feedback professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage management within a hotel or busy restaurant/bar.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
