    Lead Talent Management

    Job Duties

    • Plan and forecast workforce requirements in line with the organization’s strategy and objectives and ensure periodic updates.
    • Maintain an accurate database of manning/grade levels across the company and proactively identify variations with approved manning/grade level for updates.
    • Manage all recruitment activities (vacancy identification, advertisement, candidate screening, testing, interviewing, etc.) ensuring its alignment to the approved workforce plan.
    • Collaborate with departmental heads to conduct comprehensive training needs assessments and develop training plans for employees across the organization.
    • Drive the implementation of learning and development programmes to address identified staff skills and competency needs.
    • Manage organization-wide performance management system and identify relevant career interventions for staff in collaboration with functional and departmental heads.

    Qualifications

    • First Degree or its equivalent in Social Sciences, Business Management or any other relevant discipline.
    • Master’s Degree in relevant Social/Management Sciences and other related discipline is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 12 years relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in a mid-management role.
    • Relevant Professional certification in HR Management e.g. Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Senior Professional in HR (SPHR), is required.
    • Experience in a FMCG industry is required.

    Procurement Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor stock position of Point of Sales materials usage and ensure re-order/deliveries as at when due.
    • Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential foreign and local suppliers.
    • Identify foreign material stocks requiring replenishment, and ensure re-order as at when due.
    • Monitor LC processing for orders up to confirmation stage by beneficiaries.
    • Evaluate potential suppliers’ proposals and recommend those with quality materials at competitive prices.
    • Maintain and analyze records of purchases, quotations, price options and related data.
    • Obtain daily sales reports from Sales Team, document and analyze the sales trend, and forecast foreign materials that need to be provided.
    • Negotiate the best prices for purchase orders of foreign materials with the right quality, etc

    Minimum Requirements

    • First Degree or its equivalent in Purchasing & Supply, Accounting, Statistics or related disciplines.
    • Professional certifications in Supply Chain Management is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement function.
    • Strong Analytical, and numerical skills with proven problem- identification and solution abilities.
    • Have in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with a focus on Excel skills
    • Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage.

    Human Resource Business Partner

    Job Duties

    • Provide support in analyzing business and people priorities in designated functional areas of the company.
    • Implement fit-for-purpose HR strategies, plans, initiatives and solutions that drive top-notch performance,
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process while collaborating with the functional business unit.
    • Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance for business unit.
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs for business unit.
    • Interpret and ensure full compliance of policies and procedures to employees within assigned business unit.
    • Proactively develop and obtain approval for welfare plans and activities that will improve staff working conditions and environmental activities, and other employee-related programs.

    Qualification

    • First Degree or its equivalent in Human Resource Management, Industrial and Employment Relations or other relevant disciplines.
    • Professional certification, such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, etc. is an
    • added advantage
    • Minimum of 5 years’ job-relevant experience in a well-structured organization, preferably manufacturing or FMCG.
    • Knowledge of all human resource functional areas and the Nigerian Employment and Labour Laws.
