    Job Description

    • We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and hardworking Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
    • The Waitress will be expected to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greeting Guests: Welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor as they arrive at the restaurant.
    • Taking Orders: Accurately take food and beverage orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
    • Serving Food & Drinks: Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
    • Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service throughout the dining experience, addressing any customer questions or concerns.
    • Upselling: Suggest additional menu items to guests, such as appetizers, drinks, or desserts, in order to increase sales.
    • Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized; assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
    • Handling Payments: Process customer payments accurately, including cash, credit, and debit transactions, and provide change as necessary.
    • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
    • Compliance: Adhere to all safety, health, and food handling standards and restaurant policies.
    • Resolve Complaints: Address customer complaints or issues in a professional manner and escalate to management as needed.
