Responsibilities: 

• Work collaboratively with plant management to develop objectives and development goals that will create accountability and drive strong business results. Support management with coaching techniques for hourly employees. 
• Provide expertise to Plant on leadership development, performance management, change management, resource planning 
• Oversee employee relations and handle grievances
• Conduct performance management and appraisal processes 
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing 
• Oversee on-boarding and orientation programs
• Support health and safety initiatives 

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 
• At least 5years of experience in a manufacturing factory 
• 7years of HR experience
• Proficiency in HR software like SAP SuccessFactors 
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations 
• Salary budget is N600,000 - 700,000 Net

Responsibilities: 

Lead the design and construction of the project to meet time line, quality of project and budget control 

• Lead the procurement activities 
• Design the site layout and make necessary documents and follow regulatory and bank approvals
• Do the sizing and designing of all civil, Steel structural, Building, Road & drain 
• Verify the building structural design and calculations submitted by consultant and suppliers 
• Play major role in plant erection & commissioning activities 
• Handle all Local issues 
• Responsible for site Safety and Training of site team and client team 
• Assist the project lead for Sales and Marketing activities 
• Do the fortnightly project presentation

Requirements: 

• B.Sc. in Civil & Structural Engineering 
• 8-10 years’ experience as a Civil and structural engineer 
• Working with designing company, construction companies or Greenfield project 
• Project execution knowledge will be an added advantage 
• Auto cad and good computer knowledge are essential 
• Salary budget is N750,000 – N1,000,000 Net
