    Physical and Health Education Teacher

    Job Description

    • We are looking for qualified and energetic Physical & Health Education (PHE) Teachers to join our academic team.
    • The teachers will help students stay active, healthy, and informed through physical education and health-related topics.

    Responsibilities

    • Teach physical education and health topics to students
    • Plan and lead physical activities, exercises, games, and sports
    • Promote teamwork, discipline, and good sportsmanship
    • Teach students about healthy living, hygiene, and personal well-being
    • Organise inter-house sports, fitness tests, and health-related programs
    • Monitor student progress and participation
    • Maintain discipline and safety during all physical activities.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical and Health Education or a related field
    • TRCN certification or proof of registration is an advantage
    • At least 3years of experience teaching PHE in a school setting
    • Experience planning sports events or managing school teams is an added advantage
    • Being a WAEC/NECO examiner is an added advantage.

    Biology Teacher

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a qualified and passionate Biology Teacher to join our academic team.
    • The teacher will help students understand biology topics and prepare them for internal and external exams.

    Responsibilities

    • Teach biology topics
    • Prepare and deliver clear and engaging lessons

    Hostel Parent

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for responsible and caring Male and Female Hostel Parents to join our boarding team.
    • They will live on campus and help create a safe, clean, and supportive environment for students in the hostel.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise students in the hostel and ensure their safety and well-being
    • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of dormitories, restrooms, and surroundings
    • Monitor students’ behaviour and encourage good manners and discipline
    • Support students with daily routines (waking up, preparing for school, bedtime, etc.)
    • Report health or discipline issues to the appropriate staff
    • Build a kind and respectful relationship with students
    • Attend meetings and support other hostel activities as needed

    Education

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
    • A basic understanding of child or youth care is a plus

    Experience:

    • At least 1–2 years working with children or in a hostel/boarding setting is preferred
    • Experience in a school or youth organisation is an added advantage.

    Skills:

    • Caring and firm with good communication skills
    • Able to guide and manage young people in a respectful way
    • Well-organised and observant
    • Able to work calmly under pressure
    • Good teamwork and time management skills
    • Must be mature, disciplined, and passionate about working with children or teenagers
    • Must be available to live full-time in the hostel
    • Must be ready to resume at the beginning of the new academic term
