    Business Development Executive

    • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue across retail, wholesale, and corporate channels. This role is suited for a commercially minded professional with a strong understanding of relationship-driven sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business, retail, and partnership opportunities
    • Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, retailers, and distributors
    • Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and partnership documentation

    Executive Assistant to the CEO

    • The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to the Founder & CEO. This role requires discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, premium brand environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities
    • Act as the first point of contact for communications on behalf of the CEO
    • Prepare presentations, briefs, reports, and meeting materials
    • Track action points, deadlines, and follow-ups across teams and partners
    • Coordinate meetings with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders

    Qualifications

    • Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a valid practicing license in Nigeria.
    • 4–5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in aesthetic medicine or dermatology-related practice.
    • Certification or additional training in aesthetic medicine (Botox, fillers, laser treatments, etc.) is a strong advantage.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
    • Strong commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth.
    • Passion for beauty, wellness, and patient confidence.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

    • Administer and oversee aesthetic treatments in line with medical protocols and best practices.
    • Collaborate with the clinical and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of innovations, trends, and technologies in aesthetic medicine.
    • Ensure accurate documentation of medical records, informed consent, and treatment outcomes.
    • Uphold compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and safety standards.
    • Participate in training, case reviews, and professional development to continually enhance skills and service delivery.
