    Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for residential and commercial properties.
    • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance, motivation, and accountability.
    • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, and other stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create effective promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
    • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate sales reports for management review.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, contracts, and agreements with clients.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate market.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility and expand the client base.


    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA or real estate license is a plus.
    • Minimum of (5) years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

    Structural Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and analyze structural elements such as beams, columns, foundations, and trusses using engineering principles and software tools.
    • Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculations for construction projects.
    • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes and regulations.
    • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural conditions, identify potential issues, and provide engineering recommendations.
    • Review and approve construction plans, shop drawings, and materials to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
    • Perform structural analysis and simulations to assess load-bearing capacity, stability, and safety of structures under various conditions.
    • Evaluate and recommend structural materials, components, and construction techniques to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in structural engineering technology.


    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. Master's degree or additional certifications are a plus.
    • Minimum of [5] years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in a consulting or design firm.
    • Strong proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.
    • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to structural design and construction.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
