    Senior Manager (QSR Brands)

    Job Description

    • The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance, and profitability of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) outlets under the organization.
    • The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills, with a proven track record of driving excellence in customer service and operational efficiency within top-tier QSR brands.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations across all restaurant outlets.
    • Develop and implement operational policies, service standards, and quality control procedures to ensure consistency across locations.
    • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective cost control, marketing initiatives, and customer satisfaction.
    • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of outlet managers and key staff.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, labor cost, and food cost to ensure financial goals are achieved.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all outlets.
    • Collaborate with executive management to plan business expansion, new outlet openings, and operational improvements.
    • Evaluate market trends and customer feedback to continuously enhance the brand experience.
    • Manage supplier relationships, inventory control, and procurement efficiency.
    • Foster a high-performance culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    • Must have previously held top management positions and possess extensive experience in reputable Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands such as:
      • The Place,
      • Mega Chicken,
      • Chicken Republic or other (QSR Brand)
      • Proven track record in setting up and managing successful eateries.
      • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
    • Proven experience as a Senior Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager within leading QSR or hospitality brands.

    Required Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent financial acumen and business strategy understanding.
    • Deep knowledge of QSR operations, standards, and best practices.
    • Effective communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

    Head of Human Resources (CIPM Certified)

    Role

    • The Head of Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization’s overall business goals.
    • This role requires a highly experienced professional with a strong background in the hospitality or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry, capable of managing all HR functions across multiple outlets or departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the entire Human Resources department and provide strategic direction to management on people-related matters.
    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development.
    • Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure fair, transparent evaluation processes.
    • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes teamwork, discipline, and professional growth.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards.
    • Oversee payroll administration, compensation structure, and employee benefits.
    • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters with fairness and professionalism.
    • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top-quality personnel.
    • Support management in manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational restructuring when necessary.
    • Serve as a link between management and employees to maintain a balanced and productive workplace.

    Requirements

    • Must be CIPM certified.
    • Must have previously served as a Head of Human Resources Manager within QSRs, Restaurants, Hotels, or related brands.
    • Must possess extensive experience in Human Resources Management and reporting.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

    Chartered Accountant

    Description

    • The Chartered Accountant will oversee all financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting and control.
    • The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and extensive experience managing finance functions within QSRs, hospitality, or related industries.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
    • Prepare and present accurate financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses.
    • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
    • Develop and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
    • Coordinate and manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
    • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.

    • ICAN or ACCA certification (mandatory).
    • 10 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager, Chief Accountant, or CFO within the hospitality or QSR sector.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting standards.
    • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
    • Must possess extensive experience in financial management and reporting.
    • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and project management skills.
