    Job Description

    • Stanbic IBTC is positioned to continue to build capacity and create a sustainable talent pipeline within the organization.

    Team Lead, Northwest 1 & 2

    Job Description

    • Lead a team of Business Bankers to manage tier 2 customers by carrying out the following: On boarding new enterprise banking Customers, Proactive relationship management engagement Dormant accounts reactivation Cross sell the bank’s products and services to existing customers.
    • Handling of customers complaint Improve customer experience and grow the bank’s share of wallet by proactively engaging the customer via telephone/email/web chat for more pocket share.

    Qualifications

    • First degree in any field.
    • Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience Iin Commercial banking and Business banking
    • Cognate experience in sales and relationship management of customers to be able to drive profitability and build relationships
    • Experience within the financial industry with experience in managing small businesses.
