    Solar System Installation Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Local Project Installation and Commissioning: Responsible for on-site survey, solution implementation, installation, wiring, and commissioning of solar photovoltaic and energy storage systems (lithium batteries, inverters, photovoltaic panels, etc.) within Nigeria to ensure stable and efficient system operation.
    • Local After-Sales Service Response: Handle after-sales repair requests from Nigerian customers, quickly dispatch personnel to the site to troubleshoot equipment failures, complete repairs and parts replacement, and minimize customer downtime as much as possible.
    • Customer Training and Communication: Provide customers with professional training on equipment operation and daily maintenance in the local language, promptly answer customer questions, and maintain good customer relationships.
    • Fault Case Compilation: Record installation data of local projects, causes of equipment failures, and solutions to create a standardized case library to support technical optimization of the branch.
    • Responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer operation training of local solar photovoltaic and energy storage systems.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Educational Background and Major: Associate Degree or above; candidates majoring in Electrical Engineering, Automation, New Energy Technology, Mechatronics, or related fields are preferred.
    • Skills and Experience: Familiar with the working principles of solar photovoltaic systems and energy storage systems; proficient in the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment such as inverters and lithium battery packs; able to independently read circuit diagrams and wiring diagrams; proficient in using common testing tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes; candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience in photovoltaic, energy storage, or power equipment installation and maintenance are preferred; candidates holding an electrician license or other relevant professional qualification certificates are preferred.
    • Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Hausa, Yoruba, or other commonly used Nigerian languages is preferred.
    • Requirements include the ability to read electrical drawings, proficient use of testing tools, fluency in English, and willingness to travel domestically and work outdoors, contributing to the localization of the company’s new energy services.

    Sales Representative

    Job Responsibilities

    • Be responsible for the promotion and sales of household and industrial/commercial solar power generation systems, energy storage systems and related products (solar lithium batteries, solar panels, inverters, etc.) in the Lagos area, and accurately meet the needs of community and various commercial institution customers.
    • Proactively develop new customers, establish a complete customer file, maintain existing customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and ensure the smooth achievement of personal sales targets.
    • Conduct in-depth research on the local market, collect market dynamics, competitor information and customer needs, sort out and analyze them to provide reference for the company's market strategy adjustment, and provide customers with preliminary technical solutions and quotes.
    • Assist customers in product selection, business negotiation, contract signing and other matters, follow up the implementation of follow-up services, solve basic questions during customer cooperation, and ensure the smooth progress of cooperation.
    • Regularly sort out sales data, submit sales reports, and timely feedback market trends, customer needs and potential cooperation opportunities to the company to help the company optimize products and services.

    Job Requirements

    • Hold a University Degree; majors in Business-related fields such as Marketing and Business Administration are preferred, and those with a solid professional foundation are given priority.Honest and upright, with good team spirit, good health, and able to adapt to the full-time work rhythm in the Lagos area.
    • Have at least 1 year of sales-related work experience; those with new energy industry sales experience and local customer resources will be given priority.
    • Have strong market development capabilities and customer relationship maintenance capabilities, able to take the initiative to tap customer needs and efficiently promote customer cooperation.
    • Possess excellent communication skills and business negotiation skills, able to clearly convey product advantages, flexibly respond to various business scenarios, and achieve sales targets.

    Recruitment Direction:

    • Focus on expanding community (household customers) and commercial institution customers such as supermarkets, banks, hotels and small factories in all administrative districts of Lagos State, and be responsible for the promotion and sales of the company's related new energy products.

    Brand Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the overall operation of the ECOLION POWER brand in the Nigerian market, formulate localized brand strategies and promotion plans, and enhance the brand's influence in the new energy sector;
    • Gain insights into the local market and policies, develop communication strategies in conjunction with products, and coordinate promotion through social media, exhibitions, and other channels;
    • Standardize the brand's visual identity for local adaptation, collect and analyze market data to optimize strategies;
    • Build local partnerships, coordinate collaboration between headquarters and branch offices, and lead the team (if applicable) to achieve work goals.

    Requirements & Skills

    • Nigerian citizen, Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing or related fields.
    • 3-5 years of brand/marketing experience, experience in the new energy industry preferred; familiar with the local business environment and industry trends.
    • Practical brand operation skills, with a proven track record of successful local brands preferred.
    • Fluent in English, fluency in the local language is a plus, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
    • Keen market insight, logical analysis, and innovative thinking; able to quickly adjust strategies to market changes.
    • Excellent team management and project coordination skills, strong resource integration ability, resilient, trustworthy, and goal-oriented.
    • Familiar with local promotion channels, with practical experience in offline event planning and execution, and media cooperation.
    • Knowledge of local new energy policies is preferred; industry connections are a plus.
