    Job Description

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Dispatch Riders to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of food orders, ensuring that customers receive their meals in perfect condition. If you have a positive attitude, a commitment to excellent service, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you!

    1. Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction.
    2. Ensure that deliveries are completed accurately, with correct items, and at the specified time.
    3. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, making sure it’s always ready for the next delivery.
    4. Keep accurate records of deliveries, including customer feedback and any issues encountered during the delivery process.
    5. Report any mechanical issues with the vehicle to management promptly.
    6. Provide excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and helpful.
    7. Follow all safety regulations and traffic laws to ensure a safe working environment.
    8. Assist in other tasks as needed, including restocking items or running errands for the team.

    Head of Logistics

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Logistics to lead and manage all logistics activities within our organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain and distribution strategies, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing logistics teams, optimizing processes, and delivering on key operational metrics. 

    Prime responsibilities and duties 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Lead the logistics team in the planning and execution of all warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations. 
    • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize inventory flow, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience. 
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supply chain, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment. 
    • Manage relationships with key suppliers, third-party vendors, and transportation partners to ensure high-quality service and cost-effective solutions. 
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery time, cost reduction, and inventory turnover to ensure logistics operations meet company goals. 
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency. 
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and best practices in the logistics industry. 
    • Develop and manage the logistics budget, forecasting expenses, and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. 
    • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Manufacturing, IT, and Customer Service) to ensure seamless communication and alignment on logistics operations. 
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to the logistics team. 
    • Monitor and manage logistics risks and address any operational challenges promptly. 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 
    • 7+ years of experience in logistics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. 
    • Strong understanding of logistics technologies, supply chain management, and warehousing. 
    • Proven experience in managing logistics operations, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and driving cost reduction strategies. 
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
    • Experience with logistics software, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and ERP systems. 
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Knowledge of international shipping and import/export regulations (if applicable).
