Job Role
The trainers will typically perform the following roles:

• Development of new training programmes
• Facilitate electrical Electronic technician training programmes
• Participate in technical and engineering projects
• Facilitate other programs as may be assigned
• Interfacing between the company and participants.
• Identify lapses and the resources required to deliver the programmes.
• Provide support in marketing engineering programmes to target audience.
• Ensure the program is in line with Institute standards.
• Serves as a liaison between the company and registered Trainees
• Advice on technical training equipment for efficient delivering of program
• Development of new courses
• Prepare manuals and deliver lectures for the professional courses
• Practical knowledge of electrical maintenance and installation

Minimum Qualifications - Education And Experience

• Knowledge of City and Guilds curriculum is highly required
• Bachelor Degree or its equivalent.
• Five years experience of Electrical Electronics Engineering (3) years of teaching and research

• Practical experience as a technician/Engineer in any organization
• Relevant certifications in the area(s) of expertise
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in delivering professional courses

Job Role
The trainers will typically perform the following roles:

• Evaluator. Identifying the extent of the impact of a safety-training program.
• Group Facilitator. Managing group discussion and group process.
• Individual Development Counselor. Helping an employee assess personal safety competencies, values, and goals.
• Instructional Writer. Preparing written learning and instructional materials.
• Instructor. Presenting safety information and directing structured learning experiences.
• Manage of Training and Development. Planning, organizing, stafg content, fng, controlling safety training and development operations/projects.
• Needs Analyst. Defining gaps between ideal and actual safety performance and specifying the cause of the gaps.
• Program Administrator. Ensuring that the facilities, equipment, materials, participants are present and that program logistics run smoothly.
• Program Designer. Preparing objectives, defining content, and selecting and sequencing activities for specific safety training.
• Strategist. Developing long-range plans for safety training and development.
• Task Analyst. Identifying safety-related activities to attain specific results.
• Theoretician. Developing and testing theories of learning, training, and development.

Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience

• NEBOSH IGC, OR NEBOSH Diploma Certified
• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• Five years experience of management/supervisory, construction, safety, industrial hygiene, risk management, or a related area which includes three (3) years of safety training or safety investigation or a closely related area. OR Associate's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Risk Management.
