    Sales / Marketing Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Carryout full circle sales from planning, probing, following up and closing sales from both B2B and B2C customers.
    • Register our organization as a vendor to International and indigenous oil & gas companies, Telcom, and construction companies
    • Set sale targets for Lagos branch, define the strategy to achieve these targets and implement the set strategy promptly to deliver expected result.
    • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
    • Acquire new projects/contracts and bids
    • Increase the turnover of the organization and generate significant income, to an agreed periodic target
    • Develop winning business proposals, submit proposal to clients and follow up till deals are closed.
    • Manage the sales process – develop, negotiate and close out contracts and hand over new jobs to the operations team for execution
    • Participate in tendering process - from bidding, attending pre-tender meetings, submissions and signing contract papers
    • Generate lead through visit to client’s location/target audience, follow up generated lead to close out sales
    • Visit NYSC Corps members places of gathering such as NYSC Orientation Camp, CDS, Corpers Lodge etc to market our training services and closeout sales.
    • Use Linkedin to generate leads, follow up leads until business deal is closed.
    • Research and analyze new business opportunities by developing and leveraging on both new and existing relationships.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / BSc with 3 - 5 years experience.

    Sales Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • Receive walk in customers or prospects, receive calls from customers and attend to their inquiries or complaints.
    • Search for new customers using LinkedIn and other social media platforms, send proposals to prospects and follow up proposals till sales is closed out.
    • Use telemarking, email marketing and other sales tools to follow up prospects to convert leads generated from google, social media and other paid advert to sales.
    • Receive customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Respond to social media chats in a timely and efficient manner.

    Professional Trainer

    Responsibilities

    • Train students on forklift theory, mobilize students and supervise forklift practical section.
    • Train and facilitates classroom, outdoor and online training on the following course categories based on your area of expertise: Category 1: Quality Health Safety & Environment (QHSE) courses, Category 2: Oil & Gas courses, Category 3: Human Resource, Leadership, Management & Administrative coursesCategory 4: ISO Internal & Lead Auditors courses.
    • Assist in coordinating training & Certification unit, delivers and facilitates training and skill development programs and initiatives in support of the company’s training plan, objectives and brand essence. 
    • Training sessions will include classroom, online training and demonstrative (hands-on) curriculum.
    • Assist in marking exams scripts and submit score to exams & Records
    • In your own capacity assist in marketing of our services both corporate and individuals to meet company monthly set target.
    • Position will require candidate to have flexibility to sometimes travel to other centers or operational base for outdoor training.
    • Develop new course materials (manuals & PPT Slides) for course(s) that do not have course material yet.
    • Assist in HSE related duties such as HSE induction for new staff, toolbox meeting attendance etc.
    • Perform any other task that may be assigned by the Training and Certification Coordinator
    • Carry out any other task that may be assigned by the management.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
