    Stock Allocation Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Assign stock allocation to Field Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) to ensure sufficient inventory levels for sales activities.
    • Coordinate with sales teams to understand their stock needs and adjust allocations accordingly.
    • Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts, ensuring optimal stock balances.
    • Implement inter-store transfers and movements of stocks between different depots and sales channels as needed.
    • Conduct regular stock audits to verify the accuracy of inventory records.
    • Reallocate stocks between business channels based on real-time business needs and market demand.
    • Analyse sales data and trends to make informed decisions about stock reallocation and distribution.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system, ensuring all stock movements and allocations are correctly documented.
    • Utilize the system to track stock levels, movements, and allocations efficiently.
    • Work closely with the sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless stock management and distribution processes.
    • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to address stock-related issues and provide updates on inventory status.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Scin a Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain or any related field.
    • 3 years experience in a related field.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with basic MS Excel and MS word knowledge and good reporting skills
    • Good teamwork collaboration and great interpersonal skills
    • Self-driven, able to self-manage and take initiative.

    Stock Controller - Reliever

    Responsibilities

    • Support in Stock management: Physical and system stock receipt and issuance; and stock taking.
    • Housekeeping: Cleaning the shop and following 5s standards to keep the shop neat.
    • Customer service: Log and resolve all customer issues and assist customers in their inquiry
    • Branding: Ensure that all posters, demos, and marketing materials are visible; and present themselves diligently as the face of the client.
    • Sales Team support
    • Assist in Issuing and allocating stock and sales material to sales team.
    • Performing reverse logistics on behalf of the sales team Stock management .
    • Receiving stock Issuance of stock to the customers and sales team working in the shop
    • Tracking inventory movement and issuance, ensuring it is up to date Customer service and diagnostics.
    • Supporting customer in Phone repairs through client elected repair partners.
    • Giving client standard customer experience to all customers who walk into the shop, attending to all their requests.
    • Performing device swaps and cancellations .
    • Tracking all pending customer issues and ensuring quick turn-around time.
    • Other tasks assigned to them by the supervisor.

    Experience / Skills & Competencies / Education Required

    • HND / B.Sc in any field or tertiary training in customer service.
    • 6 months - 1 year experience in customer care.
    • Front office management is an added advantage Basic excel knowledge.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Communication or any equivalent field.
    • 3 - 5years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
    • Basic computer proficiency.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
