    Corporate Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company’s corporate client base.
    • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across assigned markets.
    • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of monthly and annual goals.
    • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to clients.

    Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate clients.
    • Conduct regular meetings with key clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
    • Act as the primary contact for high-value clients and ensure excellent service delivery.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets.
    • Provide coaching and support to team members to improve performance.
    • Monitor sales activities and provide regular performance reports.

    Market Research & Reporting:

    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
    • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines for management review.
    • Use data and insights to support decision-making and sales planning.

    Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

    • Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to support sales initiatives.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc/HND Insurance, Business Administration, Marketing, and other related fields
    • 3–5 years proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management.
    • Candidate must possess following skills - Presentation, Client Relationships, Emphasizing, Negotiation and Prospecting.
    • To ensure patient care conforms with individual HMO/NHIS requirements/policies.
    • Ensure completion of all documentation for HMOs and the timely submission of bills
    • ⁠Good comprehension of marketing strategies
    • ⁠Goal-oriented
    • Excellent skills in communication and presentation
    • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.

    Territory Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Lead business development efforts across PH, driving the acquisition of corporate accounts and strategic partnerships.
    • Leverage strong knowledge of the Ph terrain, business environment, and key industries to identify and pursue new opportunities.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified corporate leads within the health, insurance, financial services, and public/private sectors.
    • Develop strong relationships with senior decision-makers (CEOs, Heads of HR, MDs, and Functional Leads).
    • Represent the company at key meetings, corporate events, and industry engagements in Ph.
    • Collaborate with the Lagos head office and cross-functional teams to align marketactivities with overall business strategy.
    • Track sales performance, provide market insights, and prepare reports for management.
    • Ensure excellent client servicing, issue resolution, and account retention.
    • Promote company products and services through high-impact presentations andproposals.
    • Ensure full compliance with company standards, processes, and regulatory requirements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
    • 5 – 7 years’ experience in business development,sales, or territory management (HMO/health insurance or related sector preferred).
    • Deep terrain knowledge of Ph, its business environment, and major corporate hubs.
    • Strong network and proven ability to generate high-quality corporate business leads.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and sustain relationships with senior-level corporate decision-makers.
    • Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.
    • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently in the region.
    • Must be resident in Ph and familiar with surrounding markets.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

    Salary
    Negotiable.
