    Admin / Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • The Admin / sales executive shall be mostly responsible for helping the company build a database of sponsors and partners for our upcoming events, engaging them. Their role shall also involve a lot of documentation, including managing financial budgets, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
    • Therefore, this role requires someone with a good background in financial accounting and marketing.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Reaching out to new sponsors, partners, and prospective investors
    • Building our partnerships database
    • Contributing to the overall business development strategy
    • Assisting with basic accounting (expenses record and book-keeping using sage or Zoho software)
    • Planning and executing field outreaches toward our sponsorship targets
    • Co-managing our corporate contacts' database
    • Executing periodic surveys and reporting progress

    Job Requirements

    • BSc or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized institution.
    • Prior experience (at least 1 year) in a corporate marketing role
    • A background in accounting and finance
    • Solid computer skills, including MS Office tools are necessary
    • Prior use of a CRM (especially HubSpot) will be an added advantage
    • Understanding email marketing will be an added advantage
    • General knowledge of social media/digital marketing
    • The Ideal candidate is very tech-savvy, teachable, and open-minded
    • Ability to learn fast and adapt to a new environment.

    Important Skillset:

    • Using a CRM (e.g. Hubspot)

    Online Community Manager

    Job Description

    • The Virtual Community Manager is a role that requires someone with good knowledge of content development, discussion, and online engagement, as well as a reasonable background in social media.
    • The role focuses mainly on maintaining engagement with our digital community of subscribers; coming up with ideas, conversations, topics, or activities relevant to them and our objective and driving it.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Leading interactions and sustaining relevant conversations within a digital community
    • Moderating conversations in the community

    Executive Assistant

    Job Description

    • The Executive Assistant shall be mostly responsible for assisting the company with the execution of administrative activities. Their role shall also involve a lot of documentation, including managing financial budgets, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
    • Therefore, this role requires someone with a good background in financial accounting and marketing.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Assisting with Graphics designs and basic video editing (especially for digital marketing)
    • Assisting business development through content writing, and prospect follow-up, as assigned
    • Assisting with imputing data into workbooks and analyzing basic data
    • Developing PowerPoint presentations, as required
    • Assisting with basic bookkeeping, documentation, and generalrecord keeping
