The Executive Assistant shall be mostly responsible for assisting the company with the execution of administrative activities. Their role shall also involve a lot of documentation, including managing financial budgets, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Therefore, this role requires someone with a good background in financial accounting and marketing.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assisting with Graphics designs and basic video editing (especially for digital marketing)
Assisting business development through content writing, and prospect follow-up, as assigned
Assisting with imputing data into workbooks and analyzing basic data
Developing PowerPoint presentations, as required
Assisting with basic bookkeeping, documentation, and generalrecord keeping
Co-managing our corporate contacts' database
Executing periodic surveys and reporting progress, as assigned
BSc or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Prior experience (at least 1 year) in any corporate role
Experience as an admin or executive assistant shall be an added advantage
Solid computer skills, including MS Office tools are necessary
An in-depth knowledge of graphics design shall be an added advantage
General knowledge of social media/digital marketing
The Ideal candidate is very tech-savvy, teachable, and open-minded
Ability to learn fast and adapt to a new environment.
