    Finance / Accounts Manager

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Ensure the financial polices, procedures and controls of the 1004 HORA are implemented efficiently and inline with generally accepted accounting practices
    • Monae agoprocesses, develop and implement a modern cost effective accounting system that will meet the challenges and objectives of the Association.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • A university degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
    • Mınımum of 6 years working experience within the finance/audit and control department of a corporate organisation or professional services organisation
    • Previous experience of work in Real Estate or Facility Management services firm would be an added adantage
    • Professional qualification such as: ACA, ACCA, ICAN, CFA, etc.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

    Procurement Coordinator

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies
    • Source and negotiate with vendors to achieve best pricing and quality
    • Coordinate supplier relationships and performance
    • Conduct market research and price benchmarking

    • Ensure compliance with Association's policies and regulatory standards

    Electrical Engineer

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components.
    • Evaluate electrical systems, components, and applications for performance and efficiency.
    • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on plant electrical equipment to minimize downtime.
    • Participate in plant shutdowns, installations, upgrades, and commissioning of new equipment.
    • Support energy efficiency initiatives, renewable energy and continuous improvement projects.
    • Supervise technicians and contractors when required.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • B.Eng / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
    • 5-7 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment or power plant is an advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors and power distribution.
    • Membership of COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria) certification is required.
    • Membership with NSE (Nigerian Society of Engineers) or HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) certification is an added advantage.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • The Internal Auditor is responsible for evaluating financial and operational processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness of internal controls.
    • The role helps identify risks, detect irregularities, and improve overall operational efficiency.
    • Conduct audits of financial records and operational activities.
    • Review internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Identify discrepancies, errors, or potential fraud and report findings.
    • Verify cash transactions, sales records, and expense documentation.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • BSc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 3 - 5 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or finance.
    • Strong understanding of internal controls and audit procedures.
    • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, ANAN) is an advantage.

    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable
    • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and company budgets
    • Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy

    Qualifications and Experience

    Facilities Management Officer

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Implement Service Level Agreement, HSE & Client Expectations across various projects;
    • Project management, supervision and coordination of contractors;
    • Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as maintenance, cleaning and waste disposal.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
    • Minimum 6 years' experience in Facilities Management, 3 of which should be at a senior / mid-management level, preferably in a large / medium size organization.
    • Strong Project Management & FM Skills.

    General Manager

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement short, medium and long term operational strategies to achieve the vision and corporate aspirations of the Association.
    • Responsible for the effective operations of 1004 Estate, embracing administration, financial, personel and facility management functions, with a significant role in strategic planning and sustainability.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of at least 10 years managerial experience in facility/general management roles in a similar setting.
    • Proven experience leading and managing operations and maintenance teams.
    • Strong understanding of bulding systems, asset management, and maintenance planning.
    • A post graduate degree (e.g. MBA) from a reputable university is an added avantage.
    • Membership of International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) or Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) is an added adantage.

    IT Officer

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, routers, switches, CCTV, and other IT hardware.
    • Maintain data backups and enforce data security policies.
    • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and software deployments.
    • Manage access control and onboarding/offboarding processes.
    • Liaise with third-party vendors for IT support and procurement.
    • Maintain IT asset register and documentation.
    • Support basic cybersecurity best practices across the organization.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
