IT Officer

Roles and Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, routers, switches, CCTV, and other IT hardware.
- Maintain data backups and enforce data security policies.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and software deployments.
- Manage access control and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Liaise with third-party vendors for IT support and procurement.
- Maintain IT asset register and documentation.
- Support basic cybersecurity best practices across the organization.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years proven experience in IT support or similar role.
- Strong foundational knowledge of hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting.
