    Accounts Officer

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable
    • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and company budgets
    • Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
    • Track Estate income, expenses, and investment performance

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3-5 years accounting experience (experience in real estate is an advantage)
    • Professional certification (ICAN is a plus)
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
